Something is "bad wrong" with our Government.  I'll bet that most citizens are aware of it.  And if polls are an indicator of the mood of the public let me point out that Lou Dobbs recently reported a poll which demonstrated that 71% of Americans are thinking Independent.  Obviously, there is a problem.

What American will honestly say they do not believe that George Bush and his Cronies lied America into an immoral war.  One that has taken the lives of over 600,000 Iraqis and over 3500 American Soldiers.  One that has turned the world against us.  One that has conditioned Americans to adopt the policy of torture.  One that has costs approaching one Trillion Dollars and is estimated to cost over two trillion for us and our children to pay before it's over.  One that stands to make some international Oil Companies twenty-one trillion dollars over the next 35 years.  One that has allowed the President to convince himself that he can assume Dictatorial powers at his discretion. 

A war that has caused a rift in America like never before in its history.  A war that has caused supposedly religious people to call for pillage, rape, and killing of a people who never was and never would have been our enemy.   And What on God's earth do rank and file Republicans owe George Bush in that the majority of his party still endorse him?

This man is the most vile Leader this country has ever seen.  And those who enable him are responsible for the killing and pillage as well.  George Bush is a danger to us, and his legacy will bring danger to our children and their children for decades if it ever ends.

And this same bunch wants to lie you into another war.  This one with Iran, who just happens to have oil in abundance. 

The Republican Party has abdicated their moral right to ever again govern the United States of America.  And there is a co-conspirator right there with them, The Democratic Party.  These two parties are working in collusion to rob the average citizen of the American Dream.  Election laws have been fixed so that the ability of a truly Independent Candidate winning a National election is almost nil.  And at Grass Roots probably even less.  So what's the solution?

If 71% of America's electorate are wise to them, and the polls show they are, then there is one thing that will turn the tide.   Don't vote for a republican or democrat at either the grassroots level or the national level. 

Vote for a third party candidate or as a minimum, write in a name.  For the Presidential spot, we need to get people to run for electors and lets get those who are committed to vote for an Independent.  If we can get enough electors we can force an Electoral College showdown and the independent electors can pool their strength to settle on an Independent President.   Until you show the criminals you mean business, they will continue to exploit you.  This will have to be done over two or three voting cycles before it will force a change.  But persistence will succeed.

If you vote third party, some Parties will rise to challenge the power of the Republicans and Democrats.  They will do it because they have seen the writing on the wall.  The American electorate will no longer tolerate the criminal element seen as dominate in the Republican and the Democratic Parties.  Change will follow.  America can then return to fidelity and morality of our elected leaders.  Once again America will be good and since it will be good, it will once again be great in the eyes of the world.  This change is essential for the quality of life for our children and our grandchildren... and theirs too.
