I am often amazed by the arrogance of man. Sometimes I wonder if we possess a gene that convinces us that what we know everything and if we don't know it and it's not on the evening news or represented in our mainstream media, then it does not exist. Perhaps we are soothed into denial by the degrees we've earned, our experiences and the subjects we have studied. Fact is, we think we know it all, we think we know what is and is not possible and folks, we are deluding ourselves.

It seems many people don't see what is occurring in the skies above our head these days, some see and speak of it and others just say those lines, Xs, Os and grids are simply contrails, more planes you know, everybody's busy, busy, busy. And although I recognize I can't make people see what they do not see nor can I make people believe what they do not believe, I would like to share some ideas.

I have written many articles on chemtrails, simply because I find them fascinating and I want to understand what is occurring in our skies. I also want to know why I didn't see them until summer of 2006, when it is widely reported among the seers that it has been happening since 1998, if not earlier. Unfortunately, for the serious seeker following the threads of chemtrails is akin to an expedition into bizzaro world, one must keep a steady resolve and an open mind.

It would be easy if I could say, "It begins here." but then we wouldn't have a mystery, would we? It begins in many places and mostly in the minds of dark men who create powerful weapons, men who want to dominate and control, you know, the general comic book theory of evil men wanting to rule the world. It is believed by many that those ropey trails over our heads contain metals, polymers and biological material. It is said that chemtrails are being used to ward off global warming, perform weather manipulation for control and warfare, improve satellite capabilities, as well as, radar, radio, microwave technology and various communications. It is also said they are poisoning our bodies, water and land, that they are performing psychotronics on the people, subtle brain-washing and mind control through the manipulation of low frequency radio waves, and that is it an exotic weapon that can be used to target individual people or groups through a satellite based laser system or it can be used to confuse the targeted group through use of holograms and sound effects. And as science fiction as some these ideas may sound, having spent many hours exploring the various technologies, most are being studied and utilized to one degree or another.

In a paper entitled Controlled Effects written by Dr. William L. Baker, chief scientist of the Air Force Research Laboratory, in June of 2004, he states, "The Controlled Effects challenge envisions the ability to tailor and deliver the most appropriate type and amount of energy onto targets of military significance to create a particular desired effect." He goes on to say, "With the advent of directed energy and other revolutionary technologies, the ability to instantaneously project very precise amounts of various types of energy anywhere in the world can become a reality.." Then he explains, "Controlled Personnel Effects investigates technologies to make selected adversaries think and act according to our needs. Dominant Remote Control seeks to control, at a distance, an enemy' s vehicles, sensors, communications, and information systems and manipulate them for military purposes." Controlled Effects

The words that caught my attention in this document are "particle-beam weaponry" "high-power microwaves" "directed energy" "cloud seeding" "physically influence" "mentally influence or confuse personnel" "sensory deception" "synthetic images, or holograms" "production and storage of antimatter" And I have to interject at this point and say, really, folks, is this necessary? And if so, can we really trust anyone to hold this much power? Dr Baker continues to say, "A current example of this technology is Active Denial, a nonlethal counterpersonnel millimeter wave system that creates a skin heating sensation to repel an individual or group of people without harm. By studying and modeling the human brain and nervous system, the ability to mentally influence or confuse personnel is also possible. Through sensory deception, it may be possible to create synthetic images, or holograms, to confuse an individual' s visual sense or, in a similar manner, confuse his senses of sound, taste, touch, or smell."

Perhaps not all of us are familiar with the bill HR 2977 The Space Preservation Act introduced by Dennis Kucinich in 2001. Which included this segment, "(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons; (ii) chemtrails; (iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems; (iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons; (v) laser weapons systems; (vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and (vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons. (C) The term `exotic weapons systems' includes weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space." The section was left out the following year when the bill was rewritten as HR 3616 and that section is the absolute description of what the chemtrails represent. I understand that Mr. Kucinich received a bit of ribbing from the media because of the words expressed in this document, as though none of these things were possible, but just because the average citizen is not aware of them doesn't automatically mean they do not exist.

Now we can move on to HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) "A Premiere Facility for the Study of Ionospheric Physics and Radio Science" located in Alaska. On their website HAARP states it is "a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes" (HAARP). Also their website states that "Technical expertise and procurement services as required for the management, administration and evaluation of the program are being provided cooperatively by the Air Force (Air Force Research Laboratory) and Navy (Office of Naval Research and Naval Research Laboratory)." In other words HAARP works with the Air Force Research Lab where Dr. Baker is employed and is a huge antenna which focuses great deals of energy into our ionosphere, which is the layer of our atmosphere where ionization caused by solar radiation affects the transmission of radio waves. The belief is that the lines being laid in the sky are metals that help increase radio and cell phone transmissions, create a more sophisticated radar system that can see around corners and "energize" the atmosphere enough to use high tech, new age weaponry.

In a radio broadcast of Coast To Coast in March of 2003 with Clifford Carnicom, a former Department of Defense employee in the capacity of a geodesist modeling the gravitational field of the Earth, (Carnicom.com) he states "HAARP talks about the injection of barium into the atmosphere and the role of photoionisation upon that element. HAARP talks about using the magnetic field lines of the Earth as a conduit for energy transfer. HAARP talks about the role and use of cyclotron resonance for the increase of energy in certain locations. HAARP talks about the use of both extremely low frequency as well as VLF frequency for a broad array of applications. HAARP talks about the manipulation of the geomagnetic field of the Earth to the level and the point of what's called a 'heave weapon.' A heave weapon is an EMP (electromagnetic pulse) effect from a nuclear weapon that actually lifts up the magnetic field of the Earth. This will give you an idea of the amount of power and energy that is implicit in the HAARP design. HAARP talks about the precipitation of particulates, meaning: causing the descent of particulates over specific geographic regions and locations of interest. These are some of the generic designs inherent in the HAARP's project. And there are a multitude of specific applications involving weapon systems and communication and satellites, communication, nuclear submarines, that can be described in more detail." Mr. Carnicom shuns the use of the word chemtrail and uses instead "Aerosol Crimes"; he also doesn't care for the use of the term "conspiracy theory" and prefers "coincidence theory". And he believes that the chemtrails have "HAARP and Tesla written all over them."

Although some insist the trails above our heads are being used to ward off global warming Mr. Carnicom has a serious argument with that theory. It seems in 1996 Edward Teller of Lawrence Livermore Laboratory released a proposal for significant amounts of particulate material to be introduced into our atmosphere for the purpose of curtailing global warming. Mr. Teller's proposal suggested three locations for the release of this matter, Mr. Carnicom explains, "First, is the stratosphere. The stratosphere is roughly 40 miles above us. The troposphere is the lower level. Planes fly roughly seven miles high. The stratosphere is 40 miles high, roughly. That's the first, that's the lowest. The second one is 8,000 miles away from Earth. That's his second location. And the third location is 400,000 miles away from Earth. Never does he say that it is desirable to introduce these materials into the lower atmosphere. And there is a very sensible, physical reason why you would never do such a thing. And that is that these particulates absorb heat. It is exactly the opposite of what is being claimed by those that use this as an argument, that it is somehow benevolent, that it is somehow helping us.

Usually, if something is benevolent for you, you tell people about it. You don't hide it. And the fact is that these metals, as investigated, absorb heat. And if you put them in the lower atmosphere they make it hotter. And therefore the actual physical effect of these particulates is exactly as hundreds of thousands of people are observing, and that is: It's getting hotter. It's not getting colder. And the more you put this stuff in the air, the hotter it's going to get. And not only that, it absorbs water at tremendous levels, and you are setting yourself up for a drought or the aggravation of drought conditions. Which is exactly what we are experiencing. And I do not accept any argument that is presented that this is a benevolent operation with a fundamental premise of mitigating global warming. It does not hold up to scrutiny."

This is just the tip of the iceberg; the threads of this mystery go further and deeper that I ever anticipated. As I mentioned earlier I didn't spot my first "chemtrail" until the summer of 2006 and perhaps that is why I am the most intrigued. As a nature lover and sky watcher it seems I would have noticed something so seemingly blatant earlier and why I didn't opens a strange door in my mind. I also find it interesting that my awareness of the activity overhead occurred at the same time as I began questioning the events of 911. So until next time, Look Up.
