When the tyrant has disposed of foreign enemies by conquest or treaty, and there is nothing more to fear from them, then he is always stirring up some war or other, in order that the people may require a leader.
-Plato

A recent survey of Evangelical Christian Leaders by the National Association of Evangelicals found that a majority of these professed Christian leaders support the War and want the United States to "Stay until the job is done".  I couldn't find a statement about what "Stay until the Job is Done," meant to them.

However, since the War was brought to the Iraqis through no fault of their own, then hopefully the Evangelical idea of  "Stay Until the Job is Done" means stay until Iraq is restored to its condition equal to or better than before the war, that the infrastructure is repaired and functioning properly so that the people have access to Doctors, Hospitals, Schools, Roads, Water, Electricity and all the other necessities of life, that the economy is restored to soundness such that all Iraqis have an expectation of earning a viable living, and that the refugees have been brought back to their former homes, and if the homes are no longer there, they have been rebuilt or properly compensated for by the United States.

For those refugees who can no longer live in their former neighborhood, reparations have been paid, and for those innocents who were killed as a result of the invasion by America or lost never to be found, reparations have also been provided to the survivors by the United States.  And finally to those who were injured permanently there are reparations to be paid as compensation for the injuries they have suffered.

"Stay until the job is done" should also mean to these self professed godly people, the Evangelicals, that Iraq is free of Foreign Ownership of any Iraqi resource, oil included, and that every surviving Iraqi is restored to the level of Financial Position that they enjoyed before the invasion, plus the reparations.

This might seem excessive to some, but we must remember, that the people of Iraq did not start this war, did not threaten the United States, and but for the propaganda and lies of the Bush Administration and the complicity of Congress, there would have never been an Iraqi War.  This war was about Profit for the Warmongers, the Military Industrial Complex, and Big Oil.  That innocent people would be killed and harmed was of no consequence to them.

There is a minority of Evangelicals, who are Self Professed disciples of God, that proclaim the Iraqi war "a mistake based on faulty intelligence".  But I think a majority of even these Sadducees really know that there was no faulty intelligence, just lies.  The Sadducees were a Religious Jewish Ruling Sect composed of Wealthy and Powerful individuals who collaborated with Rome to keep the population under control - sound familiar?

The Evangelicals just can't seem to bring themselves to repent and admit that they were enablers of this immoral Administration that initiated this war for profiteering, and only for profiteering, never mind the rhetoric.  The Bush Bunch knew that the Evangelicals would rush to support the War effort because the Bush Bunch had promised to be against abortion.  Why are so many "pro-life" Evangelical leaders not against the "abortion" of about one million lives in Iraq to date?

I implore all Evangelical Leaders to read the following quote ascribed to Plato and I ask that they apply the meaning of the quote, to what they profess to possess as Christians - The Love of God.  Remember the innocents have souls also.  It would seem to me that the Evangelical Leaders are false Prophets and are sinners, and also ungodly in their own religion.  The leaders need to remind their flock they have abandoned the tenets of their religion.

All men are by nature equal, made all of the same earth by one Workman; and however we deceive ourselves, as dear unto God is the poor peasant as the mighty prince.
-Plato
