Musings on the book Nemesis by Chalmers Johnson
Our greatest duty in life is to discipline our minds to always see the truth, to not permit ourselves to be hypnotized.
There is so much cognitive dissonance in our world today - things that just don't make sense - but we have grown to accept them and move on. This is dangerous to our souls, but serves the purposes of the ruling class.
Our media teach us not to believe our eyes, or our other senses. "It's just a game. Did you win?" "It's just special effects, mon." With computer simulations, we don't know what to believe anymore.
We watch movies about our entrapment in a mind-control world, describing very accurately what is going on in America today, but so many of us then walk out of the theater or turn off the DVD player and go about our programmed lives. I'm thinking of The Matrix and Total Recall, but there are many others.
(I'm challenging you to take the Red Pill and step into that world and offer peaceful resistance to the evil ones. Take them down a notch, legally and non-violently.)
We're trying to reconcile the dissonance we sense, but there is no reconciliation with evil. It must be destroyed or it will destroy us, corrupt our souls.
Some Common Examples of Cognitive Dissonance:
- America votes to get out of Iraq - W. proposes to send more troops
- Sectarian fighting is killing more Iraqis than ever - Bush says things are getting better.
- 9/11 Commission assures us that the Twin Towers were knocked down by inexperienced Arab pilots - but no skyscraper has ever collapsed before due to fire (and so perfectly!)
- George W. and the Christian Right fight abortion and stem cell research but support the killing of hundreds of thousands of children in Iraq without a qualm.
It makes you wonder.
We pay lip service, some of us, to spiritual teachers who teach: Thou shalt not kill and "Love thine enemy, do good to those who despitefully use you" but we don't live by these teachings. Perhaps we should; what our leaders have been practicing certainly isn't bringing peace and security.
Men and women even go into battle, proclaiming they are doing God's will - totally missing the point. We aren't called Crusaders by the Al Qaeda for nothing!
There has been some major hypnosis going on.
What we don't realize is that there is a karmic debt created - a personal account that is ours alone - a mark on our soul when we accept lies for truth when we know better.
Are we human? Are we awake? Or are we happy robots, enjoying the things we are offered as bribes for our complicity in our monstrous empire's service.
For Geo. W. Bush to talk about being chosen by God to be President and to lead this country in a crusade against evil - and being a Born Again Christian - is a test of our alertness. Are we awake? Are we paying attention? Or are we under hypnosis?
Do we feel the jangle of cognitive dissonance or has the beer and Prozac made truth indistinguishable from fiction? Are we sufficiently distracted by Britney or Paris to forget we are in mortal danger and doing nothing about it?
(We need to judge W. by his results, by his acts, not his words. He is a mass murderer of innocent civilians, starting a war on countries that were not a threat to the U.S.)
Who the hell is in charge of our lives? Or are we just along for the ride?
Bush is a liar and a mass murderer. Worse than that - he and his family are profiting from the mass murders he commits in our name and we and our gutless representatives in Congress are docilely following along, like sheep.
Google "the Carlyle Group" and see who's profiting from this organized mass murder. See the former secretaries of Defense, and heads of the CIA, using their connections to influence us to go to war and kill so they can make money. They're making millions and we're footing the bill!
We watch photos and video footage of Abu Ghraib. We hear our Attorney General, Secretary of Defense argue for the necessity of torture. How many of us are unconsciously aware that we could be next, if we don't go along with the program? I think there's a subconscious object lesson for us in seeing the violence done to other innocent people in our name. Most Americans haven't consciously put it together yet.
"Step out of line and this could be your fate," is the subliminal message.

We pay lip service to spiritual leaders like Jesus, Gandhi, Martin Luther King, but most of us haven't made it over "The Great Divide" of actually putting our lives and comfort on the line to speak out and do something to stop this prison of lies the Illuminati are building around us.
Have you seen the pictures in National Geographic about the aphid colonies that are kept like slaves inside anthills, so the more aggressive ants can feed off the nectar the aphids produce? That's the fate of the mass of Americans, especially those fat and content ones hypnotized by the music and stirring speeches and pageantry of the Patriotic Passion Play - "do your duty to your country by dying when we tell you to, boy!"
"Join the American Military Lottery and - if you survive with an intact brain - we'll send you to college for FREE. Just sign here, son."
I fear that the majority of Americans have become conditioned to look at life like it is a movie. It's just entertainment. It's a video game. These are the people who are easily manipulated by the Illuminati. Or are they?
We need to keep in mind that the Democrats are also vying for the wealth that can be milked off this mass of hypnotized citizens. They are against this war, which is a Republican war(although Clinton signed the Iraq Liberation Act in 1998, which layed the groundwork), but they have political debts of their own to pay and their masters (AIPAC) want action on Iran. Now, it's just a matter of finding the right excuse that will help them to mobilize the sleeping masses for the next exercise in regime change.
It doesn't matter that innocent children are killed in the bombings, "That can't be helped" they say. It doesn't even matter that the wars never turn out they way they said they would, because these evil people are purely materialists, who are accumulating chips to play for even bigger stakes in the game of world power.
(It's convenient that History is not much taught in our schools anymore. That makes it easier to broadcast approved versions of past events to justify our attacks on helpless Third World nations. We are so bombarded with information anyway, nobody remembers what they had for lunch yesterday, much less who we attacked ten years ago that is now - out of the blue! - attacking us.)
People like the Bush family make their money off selling the tools of destruction to the victims, so they can't lose. They get paid one way or the other. They and their cronies control our government but they also own businesses that make weapons. They move in and out of government office. They start wars. The weapons get used. They make money. Does anyone see a conflict of interests here?
The U.S. is an equal opportunity arms merchant. We sell to all, but usually reserve the top-dog technologies for ourselves. You don't want to get out-gunned if you clients turn on you, do you?
We - through our CIA - helped recruit, arm, and train the mujahedin, including Osama bin Laden, when they were fighting the USSR. Now Osama and the boys have turned what we taught them on us. We should kill him, but it's so convenient to have this bearded bogeyman hiding in a cave to blame for the wars we "are forced to fight".
We armed Saddam and turned a blind eye while he used our helicopters to gas his rebellious people. Saddam, too, later got uppity and started forgetting who was boss, so we had to take him out - along with what has been estimated at 500,000 to a million Iraqi children who died as a result of sanctions and the bombing of water purification plants and other infrastructure.
Sanctions were in place against Iraq from 1991 until 2003. This is how we pressure other countries to do what we think is right: We kill their children before their eyes. This is our diplomatic option - you don't want to see what we do when we "take off the gloves."
Here is a quote from CBS' Lesley Stahl interviewing secretary of state Madeleine Albright on May 11, 1996:
Stahl: "We have heard that half a million children died as a result of the sanctions(in Iraq). That's more than died in Hiroshima." Then Stahl said, "Is the price worth it?"
Albright: "I think this is a very hard choice, but we think the price is worth it." (A rare lapse of honesty from one of the Elite, but probably a common attitude.)
All to make one leader do what we want him to do. Five hundred thousand innocent children, just to exert pressure on their leader, who, I'll guarantee you wasn't feeling any pain in his choice of magnificently garish palaces, drinking bottled water and scotch.
There is a moral disconnect here. It has been present all along. But there is some good news here: It's payback time! For those of us who believe in karma and moral retribution, it is reassuring to see that finally - after years of pounding on the people of dirtpoor Third World nations, we have aroused a worthy opponent. Our CIA even trained him, I suspect, in how to move funds, people, and information around the world undetected. He's even an old family friend of the Bush clan. His name is Osama bin Laden and, given enough time, he and his associates will get their hands on weapons that will level the playing field, such as small tactical nukes.
Osama: Our Nemesis
Interestingly enough, Osama doesn't mince words like George Bush does. He goes right to the crux of the issue of why he called for a holy war on the U.S. It is odd that he didn't say anything about hating America for its freedom or lifestyle or wealth. He made it very clear that the U.S.-imposed sanctioned killing, by the date of his Fatawa, of one million Iraqi children is a big part of the reason for his actions.
Bush never talks about the real reasons we are hated, because then he would be admitting guilt.
Perhaps he would if he were impeached and placed on trial for war crimes. With enough evidence, he wouldn't need to admit his guilt, though, would he?
At least then we could all put this cognitive dissonance behind us.
