On September 19th, Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont) declared his reservations about the 2007's Defense Authorization Act which contained a "widely opposed provision to allow the President more control over the National Guard [adopting] changes to the Insurrection Act, which will make it easier for this or any future President to use the military to restore domestic order without the consent of the nation's governors.  We certainly do not need to make it easier for Presidents to declare martial law. Invoking the Insurrection Act and using the military for law enforcement activities goes against some of the central tenets of our democracy. One can easily envision governors and mayors in charge of an emergency having to constantly look over their shoulders while someone who has never visited their communities gives the orders."

We saw the consequences of a Fed takeover of a disaster in wake of the aftermath of Katrina in which Blackwater was hired to patrol American streets with American tax payer money.  Illegal evictions and gun confiscations took place while citizens were allowed to die in the streets waiting for the government to help in some way.  Citizens cannot rely on government to help out in dire circumstances.  Everyone certainly knows that the decider does not care to help in a time of tragedy.  He doesn't even care to prepare for a disasters.  Hell, he won't even secure the borders.  Should we trust him when we are the most at risk in a time of vulnerability to send aid when he would not even end his vacation to address the situation in New Orleans and even went to California for a photo op where he was shown playing a guitar while hundreds died in the streets from a lack of basic necessities.

On September 29th, Leahy entered into the Congressional Record that he had grave reservations about certain provisions of the fiscal Year 2007 Defense Authorization Bill Conference Report."Language in the bill, he said, "subverts solid, longstanding posse comitatus statutes that limit the military's involvement in law enforcement, thereby making it easier for the President to declare martial law." This had been "slipped in as a rider with little study while other congressional committees with jurisdiction over these matters had no chance to comment, let alone hold hearings on, these proposals."

Anyone that studies how the Executive has evolved martial law in America will find a long string of Executive orders leading back to Oliver North, Rex 84, and many administrations that have asserted the Executive, the 'privilege' of suspending Constitutional checks, balances, rights, and freedoms.  Those that utilize the executive to subvert the people's have since the founding of this country been trying to restore the dictatorial power of a kingly monarchy which the global elite enjoyed the benefits of for centuries.  They have always enabled the 'divine right of kings' as the preferred form of governance because of the ease with which oppression of the masses could take place.  They want to be able to subject the masses to their own wishes and agendas, thus the push for world government.

Let me now tell you how close we came to 'martial law being established in America during the events of September 11th, 2001.  I present to you these little known facts.  On September 11th, at least four other planes were supposed to be flown into targets in America.  Speculation has been given to Flight 93 which supposedly crashed in Pennsylvania, but since has been found ordered shot down by a Canadian General on Bush's orders while all other 'hijacked' planes were allowed to reach their target because of the Norad standown. Two grounded Delta flights were found with 'box cutters' placed in the bathroom stalls by what had to be workers of the actual airlines ground crew. "A knowledgeable source said two small knives were found on a Delta flight that was supposed to depart Boston, and a box cutter was found on an Atlanta-to-Brussels Delta flight. These planes didn't take off since all flights were grounded after the hijackings. The tools were found when the planes were searched."  We know there were more targets.  What were those targets?

The FBI had also investigated another United Airlines flight, scheduled to leave Kennedy International Airport for San Francisco, on September 11, because four Middle Eastern-looking men refused to return to their seats once this particular flight was grounded. They left the plane in a hurry as soon doors were opened insuring escape, and nothing more has since been reported about the flight or the men. "Government sources would not describe in detail the nature of the weapons found on the Delta flights last week, but one official disclosed that another weapon was discovered on at least on other aircraft, owned by a fourth airline. The government official refused to name that carrier." If we consider the possibility of 3 more planes reaching their targets and only one of those targets being the US Congress or Capitol building, our system of government as we know it, would have been effectively and significantly crippled so much so, that government could not go on the way it once had.

During the Zaccarias Moussaoi trial America was informed by one of the supposed hypothetical masterminds behind the attacks of September 11th, 2001, that Flight 93 had originally been intended to hit Congress. "In the final minutes of Flight 93, passengers attempted to retake the plane at which point the hijackers crashed it into the western Pennsylvania field. The plane had been headed for the U.S. Capitol, according to Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Shaikh Mohammed." Take this testimony into account with the fact that already in place, was a plan signed by Congress to give dictatorial power to the executive branches of government, meaning the president in times of uncertainty where martial law must be declared; would assume dictatorial powers.

This scenario would have definitely occurred if the Capitol had been hit and the majority of members killed. Why do I believe martial law was the intended consequence for the United States post September 11th? Two sources released a little discussed story of how one hundred of the Republican leaders from all branches of government had already been moved to a bunker and were prepared to take over duties as the official government from that bunker. No Democrat or Independent was invited or even notified including the Minority leadership. It was not until the story was reported by the press that the Democrats learned of the existence of this shadow government.

Should the attacks on America been fully successful, America would already be under open "martial law" rather than the covert one we now find ourselves in.  Can you imagine if an airliner dove into the Congress and devastated that seat of government? The Neo-Con Hawks would then have had no problem continuing America unimpeded down the road of imperialistic empire expansion as called for by the Project for a New American Century call for global domination. They are pushing us into a 3rd global crusader war which will bring the whole world to its knees.  Once this atrocity is accomplished they believe the world will cry 'peace, peace' at which time they will unveil their false Christ to bring that peace to the global community through world government. Order out of chaos, the Illuminati have been planning it for years.

Albert Pike, founder of the Ku Klux Klan, received a vision, which he described in a letter that he wrote to Mazzini, dated August 15, 1871. This letter graphically outlined plans for three world wars that were seen as necessary to bring about a New World Order through a one world government. "The Third World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences caused by the "agentur" of the "Illuminati" between the political Zionists and the leaders of Islamic World. The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other. Meanwhile the other nations, once more divided on this issue will be constrained to fight to the point of complete physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion.We shall unleash the Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or direction, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view. This manifestation will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time." The 3rd global crusader war started with the deceit of 9/11.

Do you see now why we cannot, must not be complacent anymore?  We must demand accountability through impeachment or America as we knew it, will be lost forever.
