Time has a way of fetching the truth from under the cover of darkness, realization is manifest in awareness of the facts and the reality exposed emerges into the light of day. A dark shadow government has the genuine control.  We are left outside looking in as our wealth and blood spew onto the desert sands and our values compromised for the gain of a few. Evidence of corruption and sedition abound in this current administration, yet none dare call it treason.

Former Press secretary Scott McClellan's new book "What Happened" - written as an expose - brought out ugly accusations that have been leveled previously by others and now confirmed by another former member of the administration. Every time a Bush administration official departs, a revelation of corruption and planned deceit spews forth from the mouth of the beast. Immediately, the Bush apologists claimed each in turn was just disgruntled employees and their charges just sour grapes.

Is it sour grapes or is there sedition unbounded in our current leadership?

Starting with the vote count stoppage in the 2000 presidential elections and the actions that followed 9/11, we have witnessed the worst and most corrupt administration in American history. Intel that was eschewed and cherry-picked to get us behind the Iraq debacle, planting evidence that proved false - like the Niger enriched uranium acquisition said to be pursued by Saddam Hussein. CIA agent Valerie Plame was exposed for punishment of her husband because he told the truth. Plame's exposure left us deeper in the dark in terms of Iran's weapons program, further compromising our security for political gain.

No-bid contracts are given to the right wing insiders and mercenary private armies such as Blackwater, besmirching our reputation in International circles. V. P. Cheney's Halliburton comrades have been proven to be overcharging, and even losing track of funds.  We have wasted billions and additional millions lost in space - and no one can explain. They've openly wasted more than a trillion dollars on a bellum of lies, and two billion a week continues to be thrown down the toilet of the Iraq War. Not to mention over 4000 American lives lost, many more disabled, and hundreds of thousands of unnamed Iraqis killed - with millions displaced - leaving a human tragedy in our wake.

Torture advocated, secret armies and prisons encouraged, ignoring habeas corpus for anyone pointed to and called "enemy combatant."   The list goes on and on.

They allowed weapons to be stolen or outright distributed to the very people our people fight daily in Iraq - incompetence abounds. The Bush family is deeply involved with the very Saudi family they say hit us on 9/11, the Bin Ladens. The Bush clan and the bin Laudens have been active in the shared profit cow called the Carlyle Group, and the majority of this group's funds come from government contracts. Borrowing the USA into deep debt to fund a war in Iraq that has no real purpose and drags the US dollar into the dirt, is only the surface of the sedition, it is not inadvertent -  it is purpose filled. That war was planned long before Bush took office and the treason is imbedded in this Neo Con group like a parasitic tick on a hound.

Drop back a few years to set he stage for the sedition that is seeping into the fabric of government, examine the PNAC (Project For a New American Century). In 1997, PNAC advocated invading Iraq followed by Iran, Syria, Lebanon, and so on. They also claimed on their web site that the USA needed a "New Pearl Harbor" to awaken citizens. Cold War conditioned angry ideologues searching for a new enemy found and funded Al Quada and we now pay dearly for our trust of these monsters.

The acts of sedition were deliberate and premeditated in nature. The bellum was preplanned and predetermined long before assuming office. The monumental constitutional violations were part of the grand scheme to animate and coalesce power to a stronger branch of imperial style executive.

As citizens, we must ask ourselves who benefited from this war and ugly policy and why did certain hard to explain events occur as we slept? Why did they call off the hunt for Bin Laden? Is it unethical for the Bush and bin laden's families to be in business together?  Why did President Bush order U.S. intelligence to cease investigating Bin Laden's Saudi money connections after inauguration 2001?  Why did Mr. Bush grant special permission for the Bin Ladens and others that had Saudi connections to fly over U.S. airspace on September 12 and 13, 2001 when all other flights were grounded?

Following the gigantic security failure called 9/11, we did not punish or admonish the very people that failed in their jobs; in fact we awarded and praised these failures. Not one head rolled due to the tragedy, odd at the very least. Was September 11 preprogrammed? Or, was there foreknowledge ignored? If not, why did the Bush administration caution several cabinet members not to fly commercial jets after July 26, 2001 as was described by CBS?  

Who are these monsters in our midst that have turned the USA into their play toy with devastating results? Names we are all familiar with abound, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Scooter Libby, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, Elliot Abrahms, John Bolton, Bill Kristol, Dan Quayle, and Jeb Bush. Powerful people that subscribe to the Leo Strauss book of domination and Machiavellian manipulations and his suggested faked Christian beliefs to fool the masses. 

Unocal, Enron, Halliburton, Bechtel and several other energy conglomerates who met secretly with Dark Dick Cheney in March 2001 were given inside information about Iraq invasion plans, as former Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill alleged in his book?  Our energy policy was mapped out then and all efforts to get at the minutes of that meeting have been squashed by Darth Cheney and we see where it landed us, in deep debt and high energy prices that help the energy companies not the American people.

With all this evidence and so much more, one would think impeachment would be a no brainer - even treason could be charged; but Nancy Pelosi and others including Mr. Barack Obama have taken this option "off the table" - and that is almost as bad as the culprits. Cleveland Democratic rep Dennis Kucinich brought a 35 count impeachment to the House floor and thus far has been ignored.  His cries of truth and justice are a wail in the wind with no ears to hear it - no eyes to witness the charges that are overwhelmingly acute.

Kucinich claimed Bush "fraudulently" justified the war on Iraq and misled "the American people and members of Congress to believe Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction so as to manufacture a false case for war."

Kucinich announced in January 08 that he planned to launch an impeachment effort against Bush, yet stalled his effort after meeting with members of the House Judiciary Committee. The Judiciary Committee hasn't acted on a bid Kucinich launched last year to impeach Vice President Dick Cheney. And the wheels of justice grind to a screeching halt every time someone confronts the Neo Con criminals.

Trials for treason and at the least impeachment should be considered yet we are frozen in inaction. Economic woes and deep debt have been incurred - Katrina is now almost ignored and other great failures abound, but still they are not brought to justice.  America continues to suffer further under the NeoCons' crimes and incompetence.

There is a moral imperative that screams - we need to uncover the beast and let the world view our transparency, but we are hamstrung by a Congress that works for Lobbies and not the American people. We are inundated with corporate welfare as people starve on the street.  We are dying for Halliburton and others - they profit as they laugh all the way to the bank. Oil men that brought huge profits to their friends in the petroleum business continue to ignore our plight and push vast profits into the coffers of cronies and associates.

Where is the justice? When does it end and now that Obama is telling us it is off the table when do we start to fight back and bring a sense of exposure to the dark clouds that kill us as a people. Is it fear of the Neo Cons that freezes our good sense or are they all involved in a screw the American people cult? Mr McCain wants to continue the entire Bush plan so he is certainly not an honest or informed American, many on Capital Hill are owned by special interest and our interest is scoffed at or covered in pork belly fat. Revelations and face to face confrontation of such actions are important to a cleansing cathartic nation, we need to clear the air and face the demons or they will repeat this action.

Are the Democrats as much to blame for this ignoring high crimes and misdemeanors when Clinton was impeached for far less than one day's corruption in this vast criminal enterprise we call the Bush administration? As citizens, is it time we acted and send them all to political purgatory or are we too blind to see and involved in American Idol or some other built in distraction? We need to confront Congress with letters protest and pressure from citizens groups or we will see this repeated - the precendent has been set.
