Twitter plans to open their headquarters in London apparently welcomed by British Prime Minister David Cameron.
Telegraph reported, Cameron and London Mayor Boris Johnson personally asked Twitter to open their European headquarters in London. Cameron and Johnson met an executive delegation of Twitter in Number 10 (Downing Street 10), London on Thursday (9 / 12). A Downing Street spokesman said the government wanted to ensure that Twitter designing their offices outside the U.S., in London. “All of that is that they come to London. They met the Prime Minister and Boris Johnson, as the advertising executive and key partner technologies,” said the source.
