 Ah, The Relief of Obama

We watched as he laid a reef on the Yad Vashem or the Holocaust Memorial in Jerusalem, he was solemn and respectful. In Iraq he was received with a refreshing enthusiasm by Mr. Malaki and his withdrawal plan eagerly agreed upon. Meeting with Israeli President Shimon Perese and Prime-minister Ehud Almut he seemed dignified and interested, the faces of the leaders he met with acted genuinely relieved to find an articulate US Presidential Candidate that could actually make sense.

Following years of hard core aggressive speeches and inarticulate buffoonery we see in Barack Obama a refreshing change in American leadership attitudes. His demeanor is confident articulate and concerned; not aloof and arrogant as the Bush years have been pe rceived.

King Hussein of Jordan went out of his way to spend time with the presidential hopeful.

A new attitude is growing in the mid east and it is the celebration of the possibility of a truly concerned leader for the American giant.

There seems to be a genuine sigh of relief when meeting the youthful US presidential hopeful he exudes a friendly informed attitude and it is so welcome in the tension torn regions of the Arabic world.

As he traveled with two fellow Senators his bipartisanship showing in Reed a Democrat and Hagel a Republican by his side, the difference was obvious compared to the Dick Cheney visits.

In Gaza he met with Muhamed Abbas the Palestinian president and they discussed the Gaza problem as two reasonable men. In Iraq Barrack Obama toured the area with Gen. Patraeus and even the Bush appointed General acted like he enjoyed the time with the intelligent articulate man.

As we observe the progress of the Obama mid east visit it becomes clear we are in for a different type of relationship with the International community. No more shame for the inarticulate and often inflammatory rhetoric of the current occupier of the US highest office. Gone the fear of being embarrassed over our leaders' actions and demeanor, soon if all goes well we will have a person we can depend on and be proud of in the International relationships; that are so important today.

Contrast this with the last few days of Bush actions, h e said that the Stock Market was drunk, making light of the markets failures and waved at a conference of International leaders with a salutation from the worst polluter in the world. A shocking and rather juvenile sense of humor with the sensitivity of a sullen jack ass, admitting in nonchalance his pride in pollution.

Mr. McCain wants to continue the Bush policy if not the demeanor, his rhetoric is of fear not change, and as he may be an improvement over the last guy he falls far short of the needs of America in his platform.

After seven and a half years of constant tension and complete lack of confidence we see the results of a new attitude coming to America.

Years of corruption incompetence and poor policy have issued from the current president like a well spring from Hell. Now there is hope for a better tomorrow in one Barrack Obama, and America must follow through and give this young man a shot at a daunting job.

Whoever gets this job has more work than any man previously elected, we are further behind then almost any time in our collective history and sinking further down the rat hole of Neocon crimes and greed. Wars with no foundation economic policy that kills the US dollar, debt almost insurmountable and International relationships torn and put asunder by hard core greed and aggression, all the result of eight years of the Bush boys. Jobs encouraged out of the USA offshore accounts rewarded for corporates to avoid taxes, environmental laws i gnored or weakened and no bid contracts to cronies that rip off the tax payers, all a part of the Bush years.

Mr. Obama offers a different route, a new attitude, a more conciliatory but strong character emanates from his persona, the pride in public service is back. As a former Clinton supporter, it was not always apparent to me but his recent trip to the Mideast has solidified my opinion and made me realize he just may be the real deal Hollyfield.

Let us all consider his many assets and his new attitude a change is coming to DC and America and to get this more positive change we need to make sure this man is elected.

Here is an opportunity rarely available a man with the soul of the nation on his back instead of the grinch of the greedy hovering near him. A man that is concerned with America and the globe, not just concerned with the profits of a few but the general good of all.

Lets show the world America knows a good thing when it sees it and bring a semblance of sanity to the insanity now in the highest offices of the l and. Sedition and incompetence take a back seat if we can unite and make a real human being our leader.

Yes, America, perhaps we can be proud again.
